Yard Sale to Benefit HOMELESS Animals

mmlogoMostly Mutts is heading up their 5th annual indoor yard sale at Uncle Bob’s Self Storage, 1125 Roberts Blvd., Kennesaw, GA 30144 during the weekends of Feb. 15-17, Feb. 22-24 and March 1-3.  Gently used and new items will be sold by about 10 area animal rescue organizations in approximately 20,000 square feet of space donated by Uncle Bob’s Self Storage. 100% of the proceeds from the sale will benefit the animal rescues in their efforts to provide care and vetting to some of the 70,000+ homeless animals in the Atlanta area.

“Our volunteers merchandise the items that are graciously donated by our community,” says Paige O’Neill, Founder of Mostly Mutts. “Last year’s sales generated more than $43,000 for the animals.”  Items for sale include antiques, furniture, electronics, jewelry, collectibles pet supplies, home and garden décor, baby & children’s clothing, games, toys, collectibles, sporting goods, small appliances, seasonal decor, storage and organizational items etc.  To donate, volunteer or other questions email: market@mostlymutts.org.

Participating organizations include Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption, Our Pals Place, Homeless Pets Foundation, Spay/Neuter Coalition, The Sterile Feral, Road Trip Home, PAWSitive Partners, You Lucky Dog Rescue, and Ferret Business of GA.  Pet Buddies Food Pantry will be accepting donations of unopened, unexpired dry and canned dog and cat food during the sale.
